Terms & Conditions

** We are an authorized distributor of the manufacturers of all products.  All products sold are only brand new, in original packaging with original manufacturer warranty.  Our products are never used, reconditioned, or rebuilt. **





  • PayPal payments accepted; it is fast, easy and safe.
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
  • We can arrange other payment method upon request.
  • Please do not purchase if you do not agree with the item price or shipping cost.
  • We appreciate prompt payment and look forward to your business in the future



  • We ship using the service selected and paid, however all shipments will not include signature confirmation or insurance coverage.  Both options are available on request at additional cost. 
  • Standard International Shipping based on destination.



  • Return can be accepted within 7 days after the receipt of an item upon buyer’s contact with the seller and obtaining Return Authorization.
  • All returns are at Buyer’s expense.
  • Buyer must notify us within 24 hours after the receipt of the product if something is wrong and obtain return authorization and shipping instruction. Product can be returned within 7 days after this.
  • All returns must include all original items as received: undamaged with all original packaging including manuals, warranty cards, accessories, etc.



  • All items will be shipped to buyer's PayPal confirmed address.  Please notify us in advance if you would like your item shipped to a different address. 
  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of payment unless date of sale falls on  a holiday or weekend.
  • If you are ordering more than one item, the items will be combined into a single shipment automatically. Buyer must notify us that he or she is purchasing multiple items in order to obtain combined shipping cost. 
  • We hand package our items using bubble envelopes and secure boxes, using best quality shipping materials.
  • We ship our items Worldwide.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you can track your packages online using your tracking number.
  • If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance
