 Return Policy

• If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of purchase.

• All returns are at Buyer’s expense.

• Buyer must notify us within 24 hours after the receipt of the product if product is damaged and obtain return authorization and shipping instructions. Product can be returned within 7 days after this.

• All returns must include all original items as received: undamaged with all original packaging including manuals, warranty cards, accessories, etc.

The following items & orders cannot be returned or refunded

• Special order items.

• Hazardous Materials (ORM-D), like plating solutions and dry or liquid chemicals. 

• Freight Items.

• International Shipments.

• Items that have been modified in any way.

• Items which have been damaged by the customer.
